I provide senior operational and administrative support to businesses, agencies and nonprofits that already have people in place and need someone to hold the middle together. That usually means executive and operations support, online business management, and building or fixing the systems everything else runs through.

Most of my work sits in CRM and automation. HubSpot, Keap, GoHighLevel, Zapier and Make. I also handle web support, reporting, presentations and the kind of admin that quietly decides whether a week goes well.

I work on a monthly retainer with a scope built around each client, and you work with me throughout rather than a rotating set of contractors.

Based in Moncton, New Brunswick, working with clients across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
